1.1 Tenant Isolation (The Silo Law): Every Client operates in total data isolation anchored by a unique businessid UUID. This "Silo Law" ensures no data is shared between tenants. Agency is not liable for data integrity issues arising from manual overrides or edits performed within the "Dirty Data Recovery Hub".1.2 Headless Integration & UI: This platform is a "Headless" integration service. Clients and end-users do not have direct access to QuickBooks Online (QBO) or NeetoCal; access is managed solely via the Agency as the Technical Service Provider (TSP) through the Glide interface.1.3 The Janitor Protocol: Automated 4:00 AM maintenance cycles purge transient data from the "Shield" (Google Sheets cache). Only records successfully archived in the "Vault" (Postgres) prior to the maintenance window are considered permanent records.2. COMPLIANCE & AUTOMATED ENFORCEMENT
2.1 One-to-One Consent (FCC 2025/2026): Client (Plumber) warrants that every lead entering the system has provided express written consent per the FCC 1:1 Consent Rule. Leads missing verifiable ConsentURL or Consent_Timestamp metadata will be automatically rejected by the "Airlock" staging zone.2.2 Biometric Privacy (BIPA & CCPA): This service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) for voice processing. To satisfy biometric privacy standards, all raw audio recordings and biometric voiceprints are purged every 30 days, retaining only text transcripts for operational records.2.3 Quiet Hours Enforcement: Automated outreach is governed by Zip-Code local time to enforce state-mandated "Quiet Hours" (e.g., Texas Sunday 12:00 PM CST rule). Emergency transactional dispatches are exempt as "Transactional Messages" under TCPA health/safety guidelines.3. FINANCIAL INTEGRITY & PRICE STAMPING
3.1 The Price Stamp Protocol: Surcharge fees (e.g., "Boonie Surcharges") are locked at the moment of job dispatch. Agency is not liable for discrepancies if "Master Config" prices are changed while a job is in progress.3.2 Haversine Shield Disclaimer: Initial distance calculations utilize the Haversine straight-line formula. Precise GPS driving distance verification is only triggered if the location falls within a ±10% threshold of the service radius.3.3 10DLC Security: Each Client is provisioned with an isolated Twilio Sub-Account and Campaign Registry (TCR) Brand to protect the Agency's carrier reputation.4. LIABILITY & RISK ALLOCATION
4.1 AI "Hallucinations": AI-generated quotes and scheduling are "Suggested Drafts". Client is responsible for a Human-in-the-Loop final review of all invoices before they are finalized in the accounting ledger.4.2 Force Majeure & API Outages: Agency is not liable for service interruptions caused by outages of QuickBooks Online, NeetoCal, JotForm, Twilio, or Retell AI.4.3 72-Hour Breach Notification: In the event of a confirmed security breach involving Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Agency will notify Client in writing within 72 hours of discovery.
